Grüne Erde ist ein Pionier für nachhaltige Produkte. Seit 1983 produziert und vertreibt das in Österreich ansässige Unternehmen Mode, Heimtextilien, Möbel und Naturkosmetik. Im Fokus steht dabei der Einsatz nachwachsender Rohstoffe und der Verzicht auf petrochemische Rohstoffe sowie genmanipulierten Substanzen. Die Zertifizierung nach GOTS und Natrue sind dabei nur einige Siegel, die eine nachhaltige Produktion sicherstellen. Die Fokussierung auf Produktionsbetriebe innerhalb Europas, sowie sozial-zertifizierter Betriebe in Produktionsländern wie Peru und Türkei sind Teil der Strategie unnötige Transportwege zu vermeiden und die Wertschöpfung im Ursprungsland der Rohstoffe zu schaffen.

Grüne Erde is a pioneer in sustainable products. Since 1983, the Austrian-based company has been producing and selling fashion, home textiles, furniture and natural cosmetics. The focus is on the use of renewable raw materials and the renunciation of petrochemical raw materials and genetically modified substances. Certification in accordance with GOTS and Natrue are only seals that ensure sustainable production. The focus on production companies within Europe and socially certified companies in production countries such as Peru and Turkey are part of the strategy to avoid unnecessary transport routes and to create added value in the country of origin of the raw materials.
