faible and failure steht für die Synergie von Zeitlosigkeit in Design und Produktion. Durch tradierte Fertigungstechniken, kurze Lieferketten und den Einsatz hervorragender Materialien entstehen Produkte, die in ihrer Langlebigkeit und Wandelbarkeit ihrem Wert entsprechen. Die drei Grundpfeiler von faible and failure sind: Die Wertschätzung des Handwerks, das Verantwortungsbewusstsein um die Position im textilen Kreislauf und die Zeitlosigkeit der Designs. Die Brand bringt der Mode und den Modeschöpfenden entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette wieder den Wert und den Spaß zurück den sie verdient hat und (mit) den Kund*innen Teile für‘s Leben zum selbst tragen oder weitergeben erschaffen. Dabei soll weder die Qualität noch das Design etwas einbüßen. Es wird zu 100% in Deutschland gefertigt. Gestrickt wird ausschließlich im Studio/Laden in Hamburg und bei kleinen Handwerksbetrieben und Einzelpersonen in Norddeutschland.

Neither the quality nor the design should lose anything. It is 100% made in Germany. Knitting is done exclusively in the studio / store in Hamburg and at small craft businesses and individuals in northern Germany.
